Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with spinal fluid leak headache (spontaneous intracranial hypotension) using accepted headache criteria
  • Your imaging (scan) shows a specific cause, like a CSF-venous fistula, confirmed by your doctor
  • You have had a contrast-enhanced MRI that your clinician says is positive for this condition
  • You must have a negative pregnancy test at the start of the study and again 3 months later
  • You can give informed consent and plan to complete follow-up visits for about 90 days
