Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with spontaneous spinal fluid leak based on standard headache classification criteria
  • Your brain MRI shows at least one sign of spinal fluid leak (such as swelling of the brain's outer lining, enlarged veins, brain sagging, or fluid collections)
  • You have never had treatment for a leak in the spinal column blood vessels before
  • You are able to have both imaging tests performed if needed for diagnosis
  • You do not have a spinal cord leak confirmed on spine MRI (the study focuses on a specific leak type)
