Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and can understand the study and sign consent
  • Your current activity level is fairly good (ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you’re able to do most daily tasks)
  • You expect to live at least 12 weeks (based on your doctor’s estimate)
  • Your blood counts and key organs (like liver and kidneys) are working well enough for treatment
  • You can’t be in another experimental (interventional) drug study at the same time
  • You haven’t had anti-cancer treatment recently (within 4 weeks or within 5 drug “half-lives,” whichever is shorter)
  • You won’t take other anti-cancer treatments during the study except for symptom-relief radiation (palliative radiation), if approved
  • You haven’t had a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks and don’t plan any live vaccines during the study
