This study tests a recovery-focused brain injury education and support program for people with traumatic brain injury (TBI) who plan to go home after hospital stay. If you qualify, you and a caregiver/friend may get training and therapy support aimed at improving recovery.

Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have a traumatic brain injury (mild, moderate, or severe)
- Currently admitted to a Duke University Hospital inpatient acute care unit
- Plan to go directly home from the hospital (not to rehab or another facility)
- You can follow 2-step instructions (a short memory/orientation test score must be >76)
