T cells made for KRAS-mutant tumors in solid cancers

Who can take part

  • You are age 18–75.
  • Your advanced solid tumor can’t be removed and has progressed after standard treatment (or you couldn’t tolerate it).
  • Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot.
  • Your tumor test shows KRAS G12V mutation AND you also have HLA-A*11:01 (from a tissue/blood type test).
  • Your health status is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your blood counts, liver/kidney labs, and oxygen level meet the trial’s safety cutoffs, and you can sign consent.
