Who can take part
- You must have a certain genetic marker (HLA-A*11:01) and a specific change in your tumor's KRAS gene (G12V).
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer has not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate them.
- You must be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself and expected to live at least 6 more months).
- You must have measurable tumor(s) on scans.
- You cannot have untreated brain metastases, certain heart or lung conditions, or active infections like HIV or hepatitis.
