Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, or lung adenocarcinoma that has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V or G12D, and you carry the HLA-A*11:01 gene marker.
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than half of your waking hours).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for one year after the last treatment.
