Who can take part
- You have PMBCL, EBV-positive DLBCL, or THRLBCL confirmed by pathology at a participating center.
- You can provide stored tumor tissue (archival) or have a new biopsy for tumor testing before treatment starts.
- Your lymphoma has returned or not responded after at least one to two prior treatments (and you meet the study’s specific timing/chemo rules).
- Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1) and you are at least 18 years old.
- Your heart and blood tests meet minimum levels (heart pumping at least 50% and adequate blood counts).
- You have at least one measurable lymphoma area on a PET/CT scan that can be tracked during the study.
