This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets three proteins (CD19, CD20, and CD22) on lymphoma cells. It's for people with B-cell lymphomas that have come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a type of B-cell lymphoma (like DLBCL, follicular lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or others) that has not responded to or returned after at least two treatments.
- You must have measurable disease (a tumor that can be seen on scans).
- You must have at least two of three target proteins (CD19, CD20, CD22) on your lymphoma cells, from a recent biopsy.
- You must be in fairly good health, with adequate organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) and blood counts.
- You cannot have certain active infections or serious health conditions, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
