Who can take part
- You have an ovarian/adnexal mass that is suspected to be cancer or you have early-stage epithelial ovarian cancer confirmed by pathology
- Your pre-surgery scans do not show spread to the back of the belly (retroperitoneal) or other distant metastatic disease
- You can have surgery and a tumor/biopsy is possible during the operation
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you could become pregnant, you can use very effective birth control (including partner vasectomy or no sex) until the last study visit
