Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a new diagnosis of suspected ovarian cancer based on MRI (O-RADS 4 or 5), which is early stage (stage I or II) on scans
- You are scheduled for a complete surgical staging procedure that includes removal of lymph nodes in the pelvis and around the aorta
- Your scans do not show any suspicious enlarged lymph nodes (≥1 cm) or spread of cancer beyond the pelvis
- You have not had previous lymph node removal, major abdominal vascular surgery, or pelvic/abdominal radiation
- You are not allergic to patent blue dye
