- You’re between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your lung cancer is confirmed as stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) on biopsy or fluid testing.
- Your cancer has been judged “unresectable,” meaning surgery isn’t an option, but radiation with the goal of cure is possible.
- Your body can handle treatment: your overall health scores are good (ECOG 0–1) and key organs work well enough.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked over time.
- If you can get pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy blood test before starting.
