Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have squamous cell lung cancer that has spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body (stage IIIB or IV) and cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You have enough tumor tissue (from a biopsy or surgery) to test for PD-L1, a protein that helps guide immunotherapy.
- You have not had any chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other systemic treatment for your advanced lung cancer.
