  • 18 years or older
  • Diagnosed with stage II to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed with surgery
  • Have not received any prior treatment for lung cancer
  • Able to perform daily activities without significant help (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Adequate organ function, including blood counts, liver and kidney tests, and lung function
  • Willing to provide a fresh or stored tumor tissue sample
