- Be 18 to 45 years old
- Be healthy overall, with no major medical problems affecting safety or drug processing
- For people who could get pregnant: use a highly effective birth-control method, and do not donate eggs or sperm during the study and for at least 6 months after the last dose
- Have no recent infections (including tuberculosis) and have negative screening tests for certain infections like hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, and syphilis
