Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with primary IgA nephropathy (confirmed by kidney biopsy).
  • You have been on a stable dose of blood pressure medication (ACEI or ARB) for at least 12 weeks.
  • Your urine protein level is at least 0.75 grams per 24 hours.
  • Your kidney function (estimated GFR) is 30 or higher.
  • Your blood pressure is controlled (systolic between 100-150, diastolic between 60-100).
