  • You have been diagnosed with an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood tests and other lab work meet the study's required levels.
  • You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatments within 3 weeks before starting the study drug.
