Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and have breast cancer that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery
- Have biopsy or test results confirming either HER2-low (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+ with ISH negative) and/or HR-positive cancer, depending on your group
- You are starting a new treatment now (either T-DXd or standard chemotherapy) based on your doctor’s plan
- If you are in the hormone-receptor (HR+) group: you must have had at least one hormone (endocrine) treatment for metastatic cancer
- If you are in the HR+ group: you must NOT have had chemotherapy for metastatic cancer before
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not currently be in a blinded drug study that could affect results
