Who can take part
- You are 60 years old or older
- You have chronic axonal length-dependent polyneuropathy and/or small-fiber neuropathy (nerve damage affecting sensation and/or pain)
- Your nerve problem has no well-defined cause yet
- You do not already have a known reason for your neuropathy
- Your type of neuropathy matches chronic axonal length-dependent polyneuropathy or small-fiber neuropathy (not another type)
- You can give written informed consent to join the study
