Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 18–70.
  • You are well enough to do most normal activities (ECOG score 0–1).
  • Your cancer has come back or spread, and it is considered not fully removable with surgery.
  • Your tumor tests show triple‑negative breast cancer (HER2 negative, ER negative, and PgR negative) and a specific LAR subtype from the study center’s classification.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (RECIST v1.1).
  • You have not had radiation (except for comfort pain relief), chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or endocrine therapy within 3 weeks before starting, and any side effects have recovered (and you do not have significant nerve problems).
