Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your breast cancer must be advanced (unresectable or metastatic) and all previous biopsies must show HER2-zero (no HER2 protein detected).
- For HR-positive cancer: you must have already tried and not responded to a CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy. For HR-negative cancer: you must have had at least one prior treatment for metastatic disease.
- You cannot have received any prior HER2-targeted therapy (such as trastuzumab or trastuzumab deruxtecan).
- You need good organ function (heart, kidney, liver, and blood counts) and no serious lung problems like interstitial lung disease.
