Monitoring heart function and blood flow during general anesthesia

Anesthesia

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study checks how heart function and blood flow change in adults while they receive general anesthesia for surgery. It may help doctors better understand what happens to the heart during anesthesia and adjust care for safety.

Optimizing blood volume before surgery using heart ultrasound

This trial tests whether using a heart ultrasound before surgery can help doctors better manage your blood volume. If you are having surgery under general anesthesia and have a higher risk of heart problems, this study may help improve your safety.

Heart Rhythm Monitoring During Ablation Procedures

This study examines a minimally invasive way to monitor your heart's blood pressure and function during a cardiac ablation procedure—a treatment that corrects irregular heartbeats. The goal is to better understand how this monitoring technique works and helps doctors manage your care during the procedure.
