Safety and drug level study of PMC-309 in advanced tumors

Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and sign a consent form willingly.
  • Have advanced or metastatic solid cancer (not lymphoma) that cannot be fully removed and has come back or not responded to prior treatment.
  • Have cancer that has grown after anti–PD-1/PD-L1 treatment (and meet the trial’s specific timing and scan rules).
  • Have measurable tumors on CT or MRI, and you can have them re-scanned during screening if needed.
  • Be well enough to do daily activities most of the time (ECOG 0–1).
  • Have blood counts, liver, and kidney test results within required limits (checked within 7 days of screening).
