Who can take part
- You must be an adult (age 18 or older) with advanced angiosarcoma or undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery, or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your cancer must have grown or not responded to the first standard chemotherapy treatment.
- Your general health must be good enough to participate (ECOG performance status 0 to 2).
- There must be signs of measurable disease on scans (RECIST 1.1).
- Blood counts and organ function must meet lab limits (including white blood cells, platelets, liver, and kidney).
- You must be able to provide stored tumor tissue from a biopsy within 3 months, or do a new biopsy if needed.
