  • You’re over 45 years old
  • A doctor has confirmed knee osteoarthritis on exam
  • Your knee arthritis is in the severe range (K-L grade 3 or 4)
  • You can understand and communicate about study visits and instructions
  • You must not have serious heart, liver, or kidney problems that could affect participation
  • You must not have allergies to any study medicines or procedures
