  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have moderate to severe knee pain (score of 6 or higher on a 0–10 scale)
  • Your knee pain has lasted longer than 6 months
  • You have tried other pain treatments (like pills, injections, or therapy) and they didn't help enough
  • You do not take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder
  • You have not had knee surgery or a knee injection in the last 3 months
