Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18 or older) and able to read and speak English
  • Be in one of these groups: prediabetes, type 2 diabetes in remission, or high risk
  • Prediabetes means your HbA1c is between 5.7% and 6.4%
  • Type 2 diabetes remission means HbA1c is under 6.4% for at least 3 months without diabetes medications
  • Not be pregnant, and agree to complete the Get Active questionnaire
