Who can take part

  • You (the teen) are 12–17 years old
  • A parent or primary caregiver must attend the primary care appointment with you
  • You and your caregiver can speak and read English or Spanish
  • You and your caregiver can use an audio-based consent process and operate a tablet by yourself
  • You and your caregiver complete the routine “AOD risk” screening questions during the visit intake
