- You have been diagnosed with acromegaly
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are either newly diagnosed (not yet treated) or already living with acromegaly
- You do not have serious heart or lung problems
- You do not have serious nerve (neurological) or major movement/bone (musculoskeletal) disorders
- You have not had prior orthopedic surgery or traumatic injuries to your lower limbs
