- You had an acute (sudden) Stanford type B aortic problem
- You were treated with a thoracic endovascular aortic repair using the Castor single-branch stent graft
- Your treatment took place between June 2018 and June 2022
- You did NOT have a sufficient upper “landing zone” (at least 15 mm) for the stent graft
- You had not previously had endovascular aortic repair before this treatment
- Your medical records are complete, with no missing key data or lost follow-up
