Studying branched stent grafts for complex aortic aneurysms

Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Without Rupture

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a special stent graft to repair a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (a bulge in the main artery in your chest and belly). It is for people whose aneurysm is too risky to treat with open surgery and who cannot use standard endovascular grafts.

NCT06478576Recruiting
Study of a new stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

This trial tests a new multibranched stent graft system to treat thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. It may help patients who have an aneurysm that is large, growing quickly, or causing symptoms like pain.

NCT05054985Recruiting
Stent graft for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm

This trial tests a specialized multi-branch stent graft to treat a large or growing aneurysm in the aorta near the chest and abdomen. It mainly looks at safety and whether the stent keeps blood flowing to important arteries.

Study of stent treatment for type B aortic dissection

This study tests whether a stent procedure (TEVAR) can improve blood flow and healing in people with a serious aortic tear (type B dissection). It may be an option if you have complications or high-risk features from the dissection.

NCT02323581Recruiting
Stent procedure for large aortic aneurysms with custom grafts

This trial studies a less invasive “through-the-blood-vessel” stent graft procedure for large aneurysms in the main aorta or the aortic arch. It may help reduce the risk of aneurysm rupture while avoiding open surgery for people at higher surgical risk.

NCT01654133Enrolling by invitation
Testing branched stent grafts’ effect on blood flow after aortic repair

This study evaluates how well branched stent grafts work after repairing certain large or fast-growing aortic aneurysms (bulges in the main artery). It also checks blood-flow and organ function—especially flow to organs—in the weeks and months after the procedure.

NCT07540507Recruiting
Data collection for branched aortic stent grafts

This trial collects follow-up data from patients who received special branched stent grafts (tube-like devices) to treat complex aortic aneurysms (weakened areas of the main blood vessel). The study helps confirm these devices work safely over time.
