IV ZMA001 study in healthy adults

Who can take part

  • Be willing to follow all study instructions and stay for the full study
  • Be 18 to 60 years old and generally healthy based on your medical history
  • If you can become pregnant, use reliable birth control during the study and for 120 days after the IV dose
  • If you are a sexually active man with a female partner, use condoms with spermicide for 120 days after the dose (or have had the right sterilization timing) and do not donate sperm for 120 days
  • Be able to understand the study and sign informed consent
