Who can take part
- You must be a healthy volunteer between 18 and 50 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 26, and you must weigh at least 110 lbs (men) or 99 lbs (women).
- You cannot be a smoker or heavy drinker (more than 14 alcoholic drinks per week).
- You cannot have taken any medications (including over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or supplements) in the 14 days before the study.
