Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old when you sign consent.
- You have an advanced or metastatic epithelial cancer, such as bladder/urothelial, cervical, ovarian, triple-negative or HR+/HER2- breast, pancreatic, stomach, esophagus, non-small cell lung, or colorectal.
- Your cancer is progressing, and you either can’t respond to standard therapy or chose not to receive it.
- You can have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and your body functions are strong enough based on blood/organ tests.
- Your heart and breathing tests are acceptable (heart pumping strength at least 50%, oxygen at least 90% on room air, and no major risky ECG findings).
- You can come for visits and biopsies, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding (and must use effective birth control if required).
