  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Have confirmed immune system problems, such as medical or lab abnormalities, or a body-wide (systemic) disease
  • You may have or not have a blood cancer or blood disorder, based on an official WHO blood-disease classification
  • You must not be under legal guardianship or certain court-appointed protections
  • You must be able to participate without being in a situation like incarceration or other loss of liberty, and not be hospitalized against your will
  • You must be covered by your country’s social security system
