Who can take part

  • You have one of these blood cancers: acute myeloid leukemia, high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes, or chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma.
  • Your cancer has come back or did not respond to previous treatments, and you have no other standard options left.
  • You weigh at least 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds).
  • You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You do not have an active infection that is not controlled, or certain other conditions like acute promyelocytic leukemia or central nervous system involvement.
