Who can take part

  • You expect to live more than 12 weeks
  • Your health/activity level is good (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Doctors can measure your cancer on scans (measurable disease)
  • You have a solid tumor that is advanced and either progressed, can’t tolerate, won’t take, or has no standard treatment left (your trial group may vary)
  • If you’re in the melanoma groups (cohorts 5–6), you must have stage III unresectable or stage IV melanoma and have already tried a PD-1/PD-L1 treatment
