Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has grown or progressed, with no standard options or you chose not to get standard treatment.
- A cancer spot is available so doctors can take tumor samples (biopsies) more than once.
- You can come to scheduled visits and blood tests, and you can have the required biopsies (unless your doctor says it’s unsafe).
- Recent scans show measurable cancer, and your general strength is fairly good (ECOG 0–1).
- Your basic organ/blood tests are within required ranges (blood counts, kidney, liver), and you’re expected to live more than 3 months.
