Who can take part
- You have advanced hepatocellular carcinoma that cannot be removed with surgery (confirmed by scan and/or pathology).
- You already tried whole-body cancer treatment, and it failed, and any liver local procedure was not tolerated or did not work.
- You have at least one measurable liver tumor spot on scans; if it was treated locally (like ablation or chemoembolization), it must be completed at least 4 weeks before screening scan.
- Your overall health score (ECOG) is 0 or 1, and your blood counts and organ tests are within required ranges.
- You can safely have a catheter procedure for liver artery infusion, and you don’t have conditions that make it unsafe.
- You are able and willing to follow the study plan and return for follow-up visits.
