Who can take part
- Confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that cannot be surgically removed, without advanced portal vein tumor thrombus or spread outside the liver
- Have not received any prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for liver cancer
- Good overall health and liver function (ECOG performance status 0–1, Child-Pugh class A or B7)
- Blood counts, kidney function, and liver function within acceptable ranges (checked within 1 week before enrollment)
- No active autoimmune disease, active infections, or recent blood clots, heart attacks, or strokes
- If you can become pregnant: negative pregnancy test and agreement to use contraception for 6 months after treatment ends
