Who can take part
- Be an adult and have a spinal cord injury that is non-progressive
- Be at least 1 year since your spinal cord injury happened
- Have a certain type of partial (motor incomplete) spinal cord injury (AIS level C or D)
- Be able to walk by yourself for 10 meters (about 30 feet) without another person helping
- Not have other leg-limiting orthopedic or neurologic problems
- Be able to safely use both FES cycling and brain stimulation (rTMS), with no major contraindications
