Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have had at least three prior myeloma treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulator, and a CD38 antibody—and your disease must have been refractory (worsening on or within 60 days of treatment).
- Your cancer must be measurable (based on blood or urine “M-protein” or abnormal light chain levels).
- Your overall health tests must be strong enough: heart function (NYHA I–II and ejection fraction ≥45%), oxygen level on room air ≥90%, and ability to do the study.
- You must meet blood and organ function thresholds (for example: neutrophils and platelets at required levels, kidney function with creatinine clearance ≥50 mL/min, and liver tests within limits).
