Who can take part

  • You are willing and able to sign informed consent (or assent if applicable).
  • You are at least 18 years old when you sign consent.
  • Your head and neck squamous cell cancer can be removed with surgery with curative intent, usually low-bulk/resectable stages.
  • Your overall health is good enough (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You can have tumor biopsies (a small tissue sample) before starting treatment and again during treatment.
  • Your body can handle treatment based on lab/organ function tests.
