Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have recurrent glioblastoma (a brain tumor that has come back), and your surgeon plans to remove at least 80% of it.
  • You are generally healthy enough for surgery (able to care for yourself, life expectancy at least 6 months).
  • You have no active infections, uncontrolled other cancers, or conditions that make MRI unsafe.
  • You have not had prior abdominal surgery that would make the omentum (a layer of fat in your belly) hard to use for the graft.
