Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have either no diabetes, type 1 diabetes (using insulin for over a year), or type 2 diabetes (on diabetes pills or insulin)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not smoked in the last 6 months
  • You do not have a chronic lung or bowel disease, celiac disease, or lactose/fructose intolerance
  • You are not currently taking inhaled medicines or antibiotics (within the last 4 months)
