Who can take part
- You are 22 years old or younger when you join the study
- A parent or guardian can give consent (and the participant can agree, if required)
- Your current situation fits one of these groups: breathing illness, neurological (brain/nerve) symptoms, or type 1 diabetes
- If you have breathing symptoms, they must be new (acute) or you must have suspected/confirmed asthma or another chronic airway problem
- If you have neurological symptoms, they must have started within the last 24 hours (acute) or you have a confirmed ongoing neurological condition
- If you have type 1 diabetes, you must have a confirmed diagnosis or signs of very high sugar/acid problems with ketones during a recent episode
