Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have muscle-invasive bladder cancer that has shrunk after at least 3 cycles of chemotherapy (with or without immunotherapy).
- You have not had any other cancer in the last 2 years (except for very early bladder cancer that was fully removed).
- You have never had radiation to your pelvic area.
- You are not taking high-dose steroids or other strong immune-suppressing drugs.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (Zubrod performance status 0-2).
