Who can take part

  • You have severe or moderate hemophilia A (with or without inhibitors).
  • You are not currently receiving immune tolerance induction therapy and have not had it in the last 5 years if you previously completed it.
  • You have no history of blood clots, heart disease, or stroke.
  • You have not had gene therapy or any other investigational drug recently.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are willing to track your bleeding episodes and follow study procedures.
