Who can take part

  • You have a doctor's diagnosis of migraine.
  • You have had 4 to 14 headache days in the past month.
  • Your migraine causes moderate to severe disability (score of 10 or more on a standard scale).
  • You have not used behavioral treatments (like relaxation training or biofeedback) for migraine in the past year.
  • You do not have active suicidal thoughts or have made suicide attempts recently.
  • You do not have a pending disability claim related to your headaches.
