Who can take part

  • You have experienced one or more traumatic life events, such as violence or sexual violence.
  • You often feel guilt or shame related to the trauma.
  • You can read and speak Dutch fluently.
  • You are willing to take part in the 7-week program and the assessments.
  • You are not currently in trauma-focused treatment and have not already read the related book or received similar education in the last year.
